I love this store! Customer service is great! I have gotten some samples while purchasing some food and treats, and I do appreciate that! I don’t feel rushed, questions are answered, I don’t have to search to look for someone to help me. It’s always clean and tidy. Great selection of food, treats and some silly fun stuff too. My new go to store! Thanks so much! My dogs love their new diet, and I don’t have to do so much work cooking their meals.

Found this place after having a terrible experience at Xtreme Exotics. Side note - never go to Extreme Exotics. This store is 1000x better in every way. The staff were phenomenal, they had a great selection, and even better prices. This will be my new go-to!

If you care about your pets health and longevity, this is the place to go buy natural pet foods and supplies. I have been buying my cats the Blue Ridge meats for the past 3-4 years now. Selections for dogs and cats like duck, tripe, rabbit, turkey with bone and several others. The selection is the largest in the city. Plus they offer a 10% discount if you buy a full, deep frozen, case. They also carry a wide variety of dry foods, frozen goats milk in 2 sizes (animal grade) as well as natural shampoos, flea and tick treatments and toys. And as a small business owner myself, I love that it is locally owned and operated.
