Hands Down the only shop for our furry ones. Really for a variety of reasons, the leading of which is that these folks truly care, like deep. As in, it is woven into the fabric of how they conduct business. They care on a level that is extremely hard to come by in commerce these days. I have been a patron for 15+ years and cannot not think of an establishment that has taken better care of my loved ones. Always willing to lean in, the team at Earth Pets is world class. As I understand it, it is a multi-generational trend for the family that owns and operates here. A close second to the authentic care and client service provided is the fact that they are always keeping tabs on which products they are willing to stock. This place is incredible!! They are my go to for any and all things for my pup. Steve and his Team at both locations are such a great group. I have sat and chatted with just about all of them. They listen to my stories, provide suggestions on food and treats. :) The San Marco location is most convenient for me because its close to work, but I will go to the location off of San Jose as well on the weekends or when Im over in that area. Only the best for my pup, and I can always count on them! Thank you Earth Pets TEAM!!!

Excellent store, I found Italian food for white dogs. You can't find it anywhere else in Jacksonville. Ten stars!
