Pet Food and Supply Store in Jacksonville, FL

I LOVE this place and drive all the way from St Augustine just to shop here. They have the cleanest product of any type you are looking for-treats, raw food, supplements, etc. You know if you are getting your pet's food here, that it is the best on the market. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable in TCM types of foods to feed if you are taking a holistic approach with your pets. I used to take my dog here every year on his birthday as they have lots of unique bones, bully sticks, and treats you can't find elsewhere and without all of the fillers. I always let the staff know, and they made it super special! Always a great experience and fantastic, friendly customer service. If you are looking for the best for your pets, look no further. I hope they'll open a location in St. Augustine soon!

We come here for our specialized raw dog food and other quality bag foods. Best quality foods here and one of only two stores in our region that carry the rare brand we use. Always kind and courteous service :-) Prices very reasonable

If I could give them 10 stars I would. This is the only pet store I trust to buy my puppy’s food. The customer service is absolutely AMAZING, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such great customer service. They will help you pick out the right food and treats for your dog. It shows that they genuinely care about you and your pets’ health.
